Project History

Phone accessories look simple until you try to sell hundreds of them. Neracoda carried chargers, cables, audio gear, mounts and laptop stands. Each product served a different device and a different need. Shoppers rarely knew the exact name of what they wanted. They searched by phone model, by problem or by price. A flat product list failed them quickly. Customers scrolled, got lost and left. In accessory retail, a lost shopper rarely returns, because another store is one tap away. The business had range, but the website did not show it. Good products sat buried under weak navigation. Every extra tap felt like a reason to close the tab. The brand needed structure before it needed more stock. Returns and abandoned carts followed. Small orders add up, and every lost sale hurts a growing brand. That cost the brand real growth.
Mobile made the problem sharper. Most accessory buyers browse on their phones, often while standing in a queue or sitting on a sofa. They want quick answers. Slow pages and cluttered menus push them away in seconds. Neracoda needed a store that loaded fast, felt clean on a small screen and explained products in plain words. Compatibility worried buyers most. Nobody wants to order a charger that does not fit. Search also played a part. Shoppers type phrases like fast charger for iPhone or wireless earbuds. A store that does not match those phrases stays invisible. Neracoda wanted its products to appear where buyers already look, using words buyers already use.
Neracoda approached Surlavish Technologies in Pakistan in 2026 with a clear brief. Build a fast, mobile first store. Make a wide catalogue easy to browse. Help shoppers feel sure before they pay. The brand also wanted a strong base for search, so customers could find products on Google without paid clicks. Our team treated the catalogue as the heart of the project. If shoppers could reach the right item in a few taps, everything else would follow, from trust to repeat orders. Success meant simple browsing, quick loading and a catalogue that stays tidy as new products arrive. A beautiful page that loads slowly still loses the sale.

What We Did

We started with the catalogue. Instead of sorting products only by name, we grouped them by use case and device type. Charging, audio, mounting and phone protection each got a clear home. Menus stay short, filters stay simple and every category page opens with plain language that helps shoppers choose. Product pages show compatibility details near the top. Buyers confirm a fit before they add anything to the cart. We also planned bundle friendly layouts for pairs like chargers and cables. Short descriptions explain what each item does and which devices it suits. Related products appear beside each item, so a shopper who needs a cable sees the matching charger. Nothing feels hidden or confusing.
Next came the build. We designed the store for phones first, then scaled it up for larger screens. Our team developed the online store and optimised images so pages load quickly even with a large catalogue. Buttons sit within easy thumb reach. Checkout stays short. We then laid an SEO foundation. It uses clean URLs, focused category titles and product copy built on the terms shoppers search. The full project took two to four weeks from planning to launch. Navigation stays visible as shoppers scroll, so categories are always one tap away. The store also handles growth. New accessories join the right category without breaking the layout, which keeps the catalogue tidy over time. Every page gets the same clear layout, so shoppers learn the store once and move quickly. Pages stay clean.

We organised a wide catalogue around how people actually shop.

With accessories ranging from chargers to laptop stands, the priority was clear categorisation. We grouped products by use case and device type, so customers can reach the right item in a few taps.

A catalogue that feels simple no matter how many products it holds.

Neracoda now offers an easy shopping journey across its full accessory range, with faster page loads and clearer categories that reduce drop-off before checkout.

Frequently asked questions
How do you organise a store with so many small product types?
We group products by use case, such as charging, audio or mounting, rather than only by category name, which makes it easier for customers to find accessories that match their device.
Yes, we build in compatibility filters and clear product details, so customers can quickly confirm an accessory works with their particular phone or device before purchasing.
We optimise images and structure the catalogue for speed from the start, since slow-loading pages are one of the biggest reasons accessory shoppers leave before checking out.
We research the terms customers search for specific accessories, then build category and product pages around that language, so the store has a stronger chance of ranking organically.
Yes, we build flexible product structures that support bundles, such as charger and cable combos, which is a common way accessory stores increase average order value.
