Project History
Finding a good tutor is stressful for parents in the UAE. Families juggle school schedules, exams and different curricula. Some follow British schools, others American or Indian systems. They want a tutor who understands their child’s syllabus, not just the subject. Most parents start on Google, searching for a tutor in their own city. Private Tutors in Dubai wanted to be the answer they found. The old website could not make that happen. Trust matters most. Parents let tutors into their homes and rely on them for results. They look for experience, subject strength and honest information before they get in touch.
One generic service page tried to serve every city and every subject. Parents in Dubai search differently from parents in Sharjah or Ajman. They use different local terms and expect different options. A single page matched none of them well. Mobile made things worse. Many parents browse and book from their phones, and the booking step lost people. Search visibility suffered, social media stayed quiet and good leads slipped away without a word. Social media added another gap. The brand posted little, and parents had few reasons to follow or comment. Without a clear online presence, even happy families had little to share with friends. Tutors, too, needed a proper showcase. Strong profiles help parents shortlist, and weak ones get skipped. The brief covered many cities. Families in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman needed the same service quality as families in Dubai. Anything less felt unfair.
Private Tutors in Dubai approached Surlavish Technologies in 2026 with a wide brief. Build a platform that connects parents across the UAE with the right tutor, quickly and confidently. Cover multiple cities, subjects and curricula. Make booking easy on mobile. Support the brand on social media as well. Our team knew that scale would be the challenge. The site had to feel local to each parent while staying organised behind the scenes. That meant planning structure and content carefully before any page was written. Success meant three things. Parents should find a relevant page in any city. They should shortlist a tutor with confidence. They should book without friction on a phone.

What We Did
We started with search behaviour. Instead of one service page, we built dedicated location pages for each Emirate and separate subject and curriculum pages. Every city and curriculum now has its own entry point. Parents land on a page that speaks to their situation. We wrote unique introductions, local context and subject coverage for each city, so no page feels copied. Tutor profile pages show subjects, experience and teaching style, helping parents shortlist with confidence. Pages link to each other in a logical order, from city to subject to tutor. This helps parents move through the site naturally and helps search engines understand how pages relate. Every page answers a specific parent question. Parents can compare tutors, check subjects and send an enquiry in a few taps. Every location page also links to the subjects and tutors available there. Parents always see the next useful step without any searching.
Our team designed and developed the website for mobile first use and simplified the booking path. We built the content and SEO strategy around local search terms. We also added guides on exam preparation, school comparisons and curriculum basics. We also managed social media to keep the brand active between bookings. The full project ran for four to six weeks, from planning to launch. Social posts follow the same themes as the website, so families see consistent advice in both places. Guides also help parents who are not ready to hire yet, which keeps the brand useful and memorable.
- Approach
We structured the site around cities, subjects and real search behaviour.
Parents search differently in Dubai than in Sharjah or Ajman, so we built dedicated location and subject pages rather than one generic service page, giving each city and curriculum its own clear entry point.
- RESULT ACHIEVED
A platform parents across the UAE can search and trust quickly.
Private Tutors in Dubai now ranks across multiple cities and subjects, giving parents a fast, relevant path to hiring a tutor without wading through irrelevant information.

- Feedback
"We used to lose people at the booking step, the old site just wasn't built for phones. Now parents find us on Google, book without a hassle, and our Instagram actually gets comments instead of silence."

Frequently asked questions
Why does the website have separate pages for each Emirate?
Parents in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman search with different local terms and expectations, so dedicated location pages let each city rank on its own and feel genuinely relevant to that audience.
Can the website support multiple curriculums, such as British and American?
Yes, we structure subject and curriculum pages separately, including British, American and Indian systems, so parents following any curriculum can find guidance suited to their child’s specific school.
How do tutor profile pages help parents choose the right fit?
Profile pages highlight subjects, experience and teaching style for each tutor, giving parents enough detail to shortlist confidently before making contact rather than choosing based on guesswork.
Does the website help with more than just finding a tutor?
Beyond tutor matching, the site includes exam preparation guides, school comparisons and curriculum explainers, so parents get genuine value even before they decide to hire anyone.
How do you keep location pages from feeling repetitive across cities?
We write unique introductions, local context and subject coverage for every city page individually, avoiding templated repetition so each page reads naturally and serves that specific audience.
